      Lost myinsurance authorization & NOONE called meto tellme. Ibooked this appointment while Iwas out oftown, aday before Ihad toleave town, & Ishowed upto find Icouldn’t get myMRI. Front desk lady brushed meoff soquickly. With such incompetence, it’s surprising they’re still open.

                The building isa little hard tofind. The office isclean, the front desk receptionist ispolite and inviting. However, Iknew Iwasn’t going tohave apleasant experience during myexam. The technician performing the MRI scan islazy inhis ability tosupport his patients.I began tofeel pain, distress, and claustrophobic. Especially since the tech didn’t provide support during the procedure. Iasked how long itwould take and hesaid 15minutes but henever talked methroughit. Ibegan topanic because Ididn’t know what toexpect inregards totime. After myexam Isat upcompletely stressed because Iwas breathing sohard myheart was pounding. Hethen tells mehe had togo abit longer because Ihad moved several times. Ifyou need anMRI either avoid this place orkeep inmind that the older, friendly tech really isn’t asattentive ashe wants tocome off tobe.– show

                    Scheduling anappointment isalways hard with this company. After scheduling, everything went pretty smoothly. Ialways have toremember toremind them ofgiving mea CDcopy before Ileave. They don't give acopy ofMRI unless weask them.

                      The nice lady atthe front desk could not beany more professional her customer service isImpeccable and can’t bebeat she gives ahuge warm welcome when you entire the facility she isgreat!

                            Update: What Ilearned from mydoctor today iseven more shocking. The doctor had “NEVER” asked for contrast. SimonMed was unnecessarily going touse contrast onmyson. Glad myhusband walked out that day because ifcontrast was going tobe used--we had other pending MRI orders. Now what Ilearned isthat our doctor doesn't need the contrast. Second--this person who isresponding here tonegative posts does sofor fishing information. They have nointention ofoffering better customer service or help. Iwould bevery wary ofSimonMed. Looks like ithas been purchased recently byanother group. You could begetting contrast without proper instructions such donot eat for 4hours before the exam orcheck your kidney function (if there are doubts). This isnot aresponsible medical facility.

                            Very frustrating experience scheduling anMRI. Myson's doctor referred usto this facility for asinusMRI. After reaching there, they told usthat the request required injecting acontrast (we recently found out this isfalse--the doctor never asked for contrast). Ifcontrast was going tobe administered anyway, wehad other MRI requests from other doctors which wewanted tomerge. Myhusband clearly told the facility toleave abig enough slot for 3MRIs with and without contrast. This was 3weeks inadvance. They told him “not toworry, the whole day isfree--we will leave along enough slot.” Wewere traveling inbetween tothe UKand myhusband called the facility again from UKconfirming along slot was left. They said yes--this was just 4days before the scheduled appointment.

                            We then connected with all the other doctors and got the additional MRI orders but just aday before the facility told usthat they now have apatient booked right inthe middle ofmy son's 2-hr appointment.

                            My husband has his entire schedule atoffice worked out for this appointment and frustrating enough this will beour third attempt with SimonMed. It's not aminor inconvenience when the medical facility islocated miles away and they make noproactive effort tounderstand the exact order and schedule responsibly.

                            The phone agent was helpful but extremely talkative and not once was heapologetic about the fact that SimonMed had screwed upour confirmed schedule atthe last minute. Coming fromUK, one could see how screwed upwe are incustomer service intheUS. Noapologies here and blame the customer/patient asif itis their fault. Myoriginal appointment was most convenient for meand had everything gone asplanned--SimonMed would get a5-star review. Iwill besure togive this feedback toour doctor who sent usthere.

                                        I was very stressed and nervous toget myMRI done- since Iam claustrophobic and already had tocancel one app week prior. The technician was sonice and understanding. Hemade mefeel good and comfortable. Surprisingly, tome, Iwas able tohave myMRI done and don't have torepeat itagain.
