Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for on-site customer education at his/her Siemens systems; incl. turnover training, follow-ups, updates and upgrades for standard systems and applications.
• You will be responsible for Customer consultancy and support in individual workflow improvements, incl. adjustment of system parameters and implementation of new methods and clinical workflows to expand customer portfolio.
• You will be responsible for professional application support to quickly process and resolve customer tickets, escalations and complaints, incl. error diagnosis and repair, trouble shooting.
• You will also, support of PLM/CRM process, incl. field insight into customer needs, issues and known application errors as well as provision of troubleshooting know-how and experience.
• You will be responsible for sales Support, e.g. product demonstrations, preparation of clinical case studies.
• You will be responsible on-site option sales, esp. lead generation.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You hold a successfully completed Diploma or Degree in Radiography, Diagnostic Imaging.
• You must be a qualified radiographer well versed in the MRI modality with at least 5 years’ experience of working in a hospital.

Your attributes and skills:

• You possess strong analytics and technical troubleshooting skills.
• You are a team player with the ability to work independently.
• You are proficient in both written and spoken Malay & English.
• IT knowledge or experience is preferred. Excel and PowerPoint skills is an added advantage.
