What is the default password for UltiPro? ›

Username: Your username is your last name, first initial, and your employee ID number. Default password: your date of birth. Click the Log In button. You will immediately be taken to the Change Password screen and asked to change your password from the default.

From your home screen, touch the Time Off tile. Make sure the Time Off option is set to Time Off (Request). If not, touch the drop- down arrow to change it. Touch the blue Request Time Off button.

For departments who require PTO leave requests through Ultipro. From your home screen, touch the Time Off tile. To see details of accrual balances and a breakdown of accruals by pay period, touch the Time Off drop-down arrow. NOTE: You may arrive at the screen in step 2, step 4, or step 5, depending on your last use.

Log into UKG, on the main screen there is a tile that says Timecard, click My Timecard on the bottom corner of this tile. On the bottom left corner you will see Accruals, PTO is listed under Accrual Available Balance.

Your Workday Employee ID number is what you'll use as your username to access the UltiPro portal. To find your Workday Employee ID number, go to Workday > Personal Information > About Me > Job. Your Workday Employee ID number will appear at the top of the page.

How do I find my UKG password? ›

While this may seem like a difficult task at first, you can easily contact a representative by calling the Ultipro customer service phone number at (800) 432-1729, e-mailing Ultipro at ultiproinfo@ultimatesoftware.com, or by completing a form at https://www.ultimatesoftware.com/ContactUs.

Passwords expire after 180 days, and the user is prompted once to reset a password that is older than 180 days from the last password change date. You cannot re-use any of the last 24 passwords. User accounts are locked if inactive for 30 days for first time users and 180 days for existing users.

The first time you log in, you will use your birthdate (MMDDYYYY) as your password. After the first log in attempt, UKG Pro requires you to change the default password to a unique password.

IP_Address:8443 to the cloud key and the default credentials are ubnt/ubnt - unless that was changed.

Answer: The company access code is the code an HR/System Admin creates when they are setting up the UKG Pro mobile app. The code is unique to the company and once set it cannot be changed.
